I teach yoga because it teaches me. There are no words to describe yoga, yu have to feel it on your own skin to understand it. Yoga also pushed me to become a vegetarian and I have witnessed all the benefits on my own body and overall life. it cured my allergies, improved my health, gave me mental balance and strenght. Yoga is a gift that I received from life, that is why I decided to hare all its power with any human being. Through the years I have developed a Vinyasa Ashtanga flow, which has been useful in curing back and shoulder pain in many of my students. it has also improved general skills of surfers, runners, climbers, triathlon athletes. My yoga flow for pregnant women is a big step towards natural birth and a good relief from pregnancy pain. I have been so lucky to learn from some of the best yoguis around such as Sheri Chidanandi Cherokee and Wayne Krassner, and I am very proud to say that I keep learning every day.
